The hardest thing I have ever done...

Is let you listen to what I have written. But, this is for my parents and Brian mostly, so if it stinks I know they still will love me. These are EXTREMELY ROUGH and as Randy would say a little pitchy in some parts dog... But I hope to one day lay down a track or two at a friends house. I dunno...you can't go wrong writing God's words down to music. Enjoy. :-/ You'll have to forgive my little rant on the take a while, it was late and I was tired of messing up the video :-)

Words adapted from Psalm 100 music by April Frahm
Lyrics: Make a Joyful Noise, All the earth and serve the Lord with Gladness x2
Come into his presence with singing and Know the Lord is Good x2
(chorus)
For it is he who made us, it is he who made us, it is he who made us, and we are his

Enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with praise x2
Give thanks to him and bless his name for the Lord is good x2
chorus
bridge His love endures forever, his love endures forever, his love endures forever and we are his
chorus

Lyrics and Music by April Frahm
Time to start again new, don't forget what to do
Pick up the pieces from yesterday's trash and burn them to ash
Because you said nothing's wrong with not being strong
In your weakness I reveal my stength
Chorus
So sit down at my feet and give me all your needs
I'm a refreshing rain that soaks up all the pain
Just remember with time I make all things right
So just sit down my child things might take awhile

There it is on a shelf a book with such weatlth
I try to figure it out try to act all devout
Seemed the right thing to do but I am feeling confused
Shouldn't I feel new now that I am walking with you?
Chorus
Bridge-So I'll pick up the book and I'll give it a look first I surrender to you, your son and your word will make this heart brand new
And in this place I start to feel, your grace
Chorus

Words adapted from Lamentations chapter 3 music by April Frahm

I am one who has seen, affliction under his hand Bringing me to darkness without any light
All my hope is gone, forgotten what happiness is, My soul can not forget what has been done
The Lord will not leave you alone, and as you walk through this grief, he alone will hold you he'll carry your pain
Dry bones will walk again, and beauty will rise from ash, and this is the promise he made to me
Chorus
The Steadfast love of God never fails, his mercy is new as the sun will rise, Great his is faithfulness to me
He is my life, and I will hope
Bridge-It is good oh man, It is good oh man, It is good oh man to wait, It is good oh man It is good oh man, It is good oh man to wait
Chorus

Just found your blog, watched your videos and then also read the blog post right before this one. I have to say that it is very inspiring. It is difficult to motivate yourself to do something that you don't think you can do and it is even more difficult to put yourself out there and let others take a look at your art. I think this is really a great thing. I also think that your songs and their arrangements are beautiful and that you should absolutely keep it up! Bravo!

You become more and more beautiful the longer I know you, friend. So proud of your courage to share these. I worshipped as I listened! Also, wanted to tell you how proud I am of you and Brian's school decision. Love how you shared about that and love your heart for your sweet girls. Thankful for you.
